Mad River Club Property Maps

Our Story

The Mad River Club offers exceptional hunting and fishing opportunities, along with trapping for its members. We take pride in our awareness and involvement in the issues that concern all sportsmen. Established in 1894, the Mad River Club is recognized as one of the oldest sportsmen's clubs in New York State. Our membership exceeds 300, and we currently lease or own over 16,000 acres across New York State. Our primary properties are situated in Oswego County and on the Tug Hill Plateau, along with a leased parcel in the southern tier. For those looking for hunting and fishing maps, we have resources available. Additionally, you can find property directions to our locations. *** Map downloads at the bottom of the page ***

From the village of Redfield, go approximately 3 miles south on Rte. 27 to Teachout Rd, also known as Florence Hill Rd. Turn right onto Teachout Rd. About 1 mile down, look for a gate on the left side of the road with MRC posters indicating the Mad River Club property. This area includes several acres with a beaver pond and an old camp. Before reaching this gate, on the opposite side of the road, there is a brief section where the property line is posted along the roadside.

Continue on Teachout Rd and take your first right onto Rte. 19. On this road, you will find at least two gates leading to the property. Proceed along this road until you reach the next dirt road that takes a right, known as Bartley Rd. Turn right there and keep an eye out for MRC posters. If you follow this road, it will lead you to CR 17 and eventually back to Redfield. For those interested in hunting and fishing maps, this area is a great resource.
